Yarn Rewinding Machine which applies to rewiding yarn before kintting, weaving and warping machine, to make the yarn in good shape and different length as requriement. As yarn winding machine, it is important to provide reuqired cone yarn in preparation, and then can improve the productivity and quality in fabric making. ▲ The easy opening center of a cone holder is easy for collecting the finished package. ▲ Yarn inlet/outlet has ceramic for protection to avoid effecting yarn quality by friction. ▲ The grooved drum has an anti-dust, anti-twist system which can avoid dust accumulation and protect the operating bearing. ▲ The machine is double-sided with 12 spindles for each section. Many sections can be put together (max: 9 sections, 108 spindles ). ▲ Rotating pin and counterweight yarn brake can control winding tension freely. ▲ The spring holder pressure balance system will ensure even winding density during the whole winding process. ▲ Electric turning waxing system to ensure uniform waxing. ▲ The photoelectric electronic length measuring device ensures the exact number of winding meters of each spindle.
