Working principle of twisting wire machine:
The double yarn drawn from the bobbin is output from the guide roller through the guide rod and reciprocating guide, and wound on the bobbin through the guide hook and wire ring. When the spindle turns the bobbin with it, the yarn twists the wire ring on the ring.
Most of the bobbin on the creel is wound horizontally around the insertion spindle, and the double yarn drags the bobbin sideways for rotation and unwinding. Double twist combination machine adopts single yarn cylinder feeding. In order to reduce the breakage caused by excessive tension during unwinding of single yarn, the conical bobbin is tightly set on the spindle and single yarn is led out from each bobbin end axially. The feeding frame is connected. Double twister can omit the process of combining yarn and is generally only suitable for spinning double yarn with low quality requirements. Guide rollers are usually a pair of smooth, round rollers. Lower rollers 6-8 ingot per section, full length inlaid.
