What is Cone Winding Machine?
Cone winding machine is a high-level new-generation textile machinery product integrating machine, electricity, instrument and gas. The tube yarn is wound into a knotless bobbin and the yarn defect is removed during the winding process.
Cone winding machines are mainly used to unwind and rewind spools into cylindrical or tapered spools. Sizing machines are mainly used for fabric sizing. The carding machine is mainly used for pure spinning and blending of wool and chemical fibers. The raw wool is mixed in a certain proportion, and after several rounds of carding, the drafting is processed into soft bristles for the roving frame to produce roving.
Winder is a high-level new-generation textile machinery product integrating machine, electricity, instrument and gas. The bobbins are wound into knotless bobbins, and yarn defects are removed during the winding process. Its joints are mechanical knotting, air splicing, and mechanical drilling, which can be wet or hot.
